In relationship, we naturally weave in and out of what Gestalt therapy refers to as contact—the moments when we are genuinely present, emotionally available, and attuned to one another. I offer a dynamic and attuned approach to couples therapy rooted in the here and now. Together, we explore what is unfolding between you in real time—how each of your nervous systems is responding, what may be interrupting intimate connection, and what supports a return to felt closeness and safety.

This work may involve conversation, but it can also include stillness, physical movement, breath, sound, and carefully guided somatic awareness. At times, the focus is less on finding the right words and more on listening to what the body and the relational field are communicating.
