Group Therapy

What Is Group Therapy?

A space to do your healing work alongside others — witnessed, challenged, and supported by people who understand. Group therapy harnesses the power of shared experience: hearing your struggle reflected in someone else's voice, receiving feedback from multiple perspectives, and practicing new ways of relating in real time, in a contained and confidential setting. Research consistently shows group therapy to be as effective as individual therapy for many concerns, with the added benefit of connection and belonging that's harder to access one-on-one.

Upcoming Group

Embodied Men's Group Therapy

A 12-week therapeutic container for men to support one another in healing mind, body, and soul.

Utilizing both a curated structure and open group process, this group is a transformational experience where men bring their authentic selves, address their deepest wounds, and harvest the wisdom held there.

Men everywhere feel isolated and lost, carrying emotion with nowhere to go, stuck in their minds and disconnected from their bodies. Many turn to addiction and compulsive behavior, caught in cycles of despair and avoidance. The antidote is embodied therapy and brotherhood, both of which this group is built to cultivate.

As a mental health therapist, massage therapist, breathwork facilitator, and yoga instructor, I bring a somatically-oriented approach,  the mind-body connection is supported and engaged throughout.

Who this is for:

Men ready to do honest, embodied work alongside other men, whether you're facing a specific struggle or simply know something needs to open up.
