As I reflect back upon my life, I acknowledge that I have been on a spiritual quest. On this quest have been many defeats and many victories, all of which have brought me to mature, to deepen my sense of self, to more closely align with my soul’s path.

Loves and heartbreaks, 
optimal health and rare progressive disease, 
peak experiences and near death experiences, 
disconnected from everything and graced by God. 

I have been into the heart of darkness, and I have also been on my knees surrendered to the bliss of gratitude for this life. 

I know that there is potential in all of us to live a more meaningful life, one where we are able to heal and to connect on a deeper level. I have been fortunate to touch the lives of many. As I enter this next chapter of my life, I am honored to share my gifts with you.
