I work from a foundation of Gestalt Therapy and Jungian archetypal psychology, approaches rooted in the body, the present moment, and the symbolic language of the psyche. Together, these frameworks invite us to listen closely to what is emerging—physically, emotionally, and relationally—here and now.

 While I draw from cognitive and mindfulness-based practices when they are supportive, the core of our work is relational, experiential, and alive. Uncovering the soul is not a problem to be solved, but an art to be practiced. 

The soul often reveals itself in stillness, movement, spontaneity, and presence—elements we will explore together.
