With over a decade of experience in massage therapy, manual therapy, and bodywork, I prioritize a felt sense of safety in your nervous system, a high level of technical skill, and the creation of an extra-ordinary experience in every session. Each session is meticulously crafted—from the personalized intake process, to the music, to the pacing and flow of the work itself.

Over the years, people have come to me seeking support with chronic or recurrent pain, managing the accumulation of mental and physical stress held in the body, and learning to feel safe in their body following traumatic experiences.

I have chosen to become the practitioner I needed growing up. The foundation of my practice is rooted in deep care, presence, and consistency for every person who comes to my table.

Sessions are customized to the individual. Educated in somatic therapies and Polyvagal Theory, my work is attuned to the state of your nervous system in each moment. My approach can be described as both deep in its effectiveness and gentle in its delivery, with mindfulness embedded in my touch.
